Group Personal Training turns teamwork training with the latest equipment and the most advanced range of exercises, into affordable fun for you and your friends!
Group PT classes are structured in a way that is easy to follow, with special using special equipment that offers a new dimension to your training! This is a group (private) workout with a team of 3 to 5 maximum, lasting 30 or 60 min, in ‘packages’ of 6 or 12 sessions, taking place at the Gym, pool or Studio. The aim is to give you an alternative workout, if you prefer the group, but also an 'exclusive' training at a very affordable price, instead of one-to-one Personal Training.
